Genesis Housing manages more than 33,000 homes across London and the South East, including key worker accommodation for doctors, nurses, and NHS professionals working in some of the UK’s busiest hospitals.
Cyber Ware was appointed to deliver a carrier-grade, fully managed Wi-Fi service that could meet the needs of both residents and the organisation — providing secure, high-quality connectivity while supporting the buildings’ operational and digital systems.
This included modern and heritage properties — from listed Victorian conversions such as Bonham Carter House to large contemporary developments like John Astor House and The Colonnades — each with unique design and infrastructure challenges.
The Challange
Genesis required a unified network and service model that could:
