End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 12 June 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Cyber Ware Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the employees or authorized users (“Users”) of Cyber Ware Ltd who use the [Your App Name] application (“Application”). By using the Application, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant
   We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for internal business purposes within Cyber Ware Ltd.
   
   
2. Restrictions
   You may not:
   
   

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
• Use the Application for any purpose outside of the internal business operations of Cyber Ware Ltd.
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Application to any third party, including external clients or partners.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Application.
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices on the Application.

1. Intellectual Property
   All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Cyber Ware Ltd.
   
   
2. Data Access and Use
   The Application accesses and uses data from our QuickBooks Online account solely for internal reporting and analysis purposes. You agree to use this data responsibly and in compliance with company policies.
   
   
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
   The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
   
   
4. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
   
   
5. Termination
   We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms or if your employment with Cyber Ware Ltd is terminated. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.
   
   
6. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
   
   
7. Entire Agreement
   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
