Abuse Reporting

If you wish to report abuse (such as phishing, spam, or malware) involving a domain name registered through Cyber Ware Limited, please email hello@cyberair.co.uk. We will investigate and acknowledge your report within 48 hours.

Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please email us at hello@cyberair.co.uk. We will respond within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to Nominet UK.

Terms and Conditions for .UK Domain Names

By registering or renewing a .uk domain name through Cyber Ware Limited, you agree to the following:

• Nominet Terms: You are also entering into a direct contract with Nominet UK and agree to be bound by the Nominet Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration.
• Renewals: We will send renewal reminders to your registered email address 30 days and 7 days prior to expiry. If a domain is not renewed, it will be suspended and eventually cancelled per Nominet policy.
• Fees: Registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once the transaction has been processed with the registry.

Data Accuracy: You must provide and maintain accurate registrant contact details. Failure to do so may lead to domain suspension.
